When you click Whisper then Click on a person ..
When you click on the "Whisper tab then click on a person, the person's name should insert into the name field.
Or, if it works out better, you could use a combo like one of these: Ctrl + Click Alt + Click Shift + Click |

Control + C =copy, Control + V =paste
Also if you click in the name area, if you have whispered them at least once, their name will show up in a list when you delete any name in the name box.Tho i do agree it should insert their name itself. /signed :::End Transmission::: |

All UI upgrades to make communication easier would be much welcome.
- Click on name in chat window to target a player (and then to hit trade faster) - Shortcuts or menu to perform other actions directly from chat window/party window (invite, kick, whisper, trade, add to friends...).

umm couldnt u just click on their name, then press ctrl + enter it should automatically enter in their name. or are u guys saying something else

How about left-click on a name in the chat box and you get a drop down menu, with invite to group, trade, whisper, go to, add to friends list, ignore etc.
